Art is art, it offends, makes you think and I see nothing wrong with this image or anything that should offend anyone.....
Oh wait....I'm an artist as well....ahhhhh that explains the thinking then.
It never works ya know, suits running an artistic site. There is always an us vs them mentality...they hold the keys, so guess who thinks they have the power? Come on over to my neighborhood You'll be quite welcome, I'm sure.
I came here from reading all the fuss about what happened with this on Rendo. For you being banned, I imagined something way worse. This is nothing to get worked up over in a negative way...and they ban you?! First the nudity and promo issues, now this! Rendo is going downhill fast!
Well, I came over here to see what image Rendo got into such a fuss about, and I find it hard to believe that this is it. I put a woman on a cross there about two years ago, and no one even noticed.
But I've complained about their editorial policies before. Once I did it long enough tha they warned me that posting about it any further in the forums would earn me a ban -- and then they went on to say that everyone else was hapy with the situation because no one was posting complaints. Rrrrrg...
Anyway, lovely image, and your situation reminds me to get my gallery over here up to date.
I was taught, time ago, for real art teachers, that the art never must be seen as a photo of the real world... If you do it, simply, are not being fair. Reality has many ways to show you the blood and the evil... art has just the artist skills... so you can get confussed very easily thinking that the art look for the realistic sense of things... I can remember paintings that my teachers showed me where the pain was so graphic that I felt my skin cold for seconds... and those paintings are right now at the most credited Museums... So, I am confussed... would like some light over this... and a bit of justice.
